How discreet is your filming?
We will always try to stay hidden in the background and wish to capture the day as naturally as possible, so this often means standing back from the action and using the zoom on the camera.

Can I have my own choice of music?
Yes, we prefer you to choose your own music it's your DVD, it will make it more personal.

Music copyright?
We like to use commercial music instead of copyright free music, if copyright applies we will advise you.

Video length?
We believe your wedding DVD should be entertaining and that approximately a 1 to 1½  hour programme is long enough.

Will you provide the raw footage?
Yes, but only on DVD format and at an extra cost.

How soon after the wedding will I receive the video?
We normally deliver the video within 3-4 weeks of your Wedding day. During the summer months we can be put back to 4-5 weeks. It really depends on how big your wedding is.

Can I be involved in the editing process?
Sorry no, but if there is a particular shot that you want included in your video please let us know in advance so that we can organize it. We will film to your request as far as possible.

Do you use freelancers?
No. All camera operators are editors also and will be with your project from start to finish.

How can I find out more information on what it will cost?
You can phone us direct or fill out the online form and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time to visit. We do this so we know who's looking at our services.

How can we see your work?
We do not post out demo tapes or DVDs because of our client's privacy. What we can do is to arrange for a representative to visit you at your home. We are happy to arrange a viewing with no obligation at all.

How far in advance should I book?
Book your wedding video as far as possible in advance to avoid any disappointment, especially if your wedding is on a weekend in the summer.

Do you use lights?
We very rarely use lights. We would consider using lights during the day if we really thought that we needed them, that's why we have a meeting with you before your wedding to look around all the venues you'll be using.

Will you want feeding?
Please don't feel obliged to feed us.
